Removing the intake manifold of an M52TU BMW Z3

It's time to do a coolant system refresh on the Z3, and that means it's time to take the intake manifold off to get at the coolant system bits underneath. As this 2000 Z3 Roadster has the same M52TU engine as the 323 of the same year. The process will be very similar to the M54 engine, as well. It's a big job for the uninitiated, so I provide a few pointers of how to make the job go more smoothly. Namely: make sure to remove the sucking jet pump (the vacuum hoses to the brake booster) by clipping the hose clamp, and be careful not to break the cap off. Good luck!
