Spray with kitchen alcohol disinfectant spray and let it dry. Once dry, spread the rice evenly and let it cool without a lid. ② Cut off the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them into 1 cm pieces. ③ Crack the eggs into a frying pan and mix in A using 3-4 chopsticks. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly. When the eggs start to become semi-cooked, quickly stir to create a crumbly texture. Once cooked through, spread on a tray to cool. ④ Quickly wash the frying pan. Add the ground pork and B to the frying pan and mix well. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. Using 3-4 chopsticks, stir constantly to create a crumbly texture. Once cooked through, add the pea sprouts and stir-fry briefly, then spread on a tray to cool. ⑤ Place the cooled side dishes into a freezer-safe storage container and freeze. ⑥ To thaw, remove the lid, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes. (※If the bottom of the container is still cold to the touch, add 30 seconds at a time. ※If the container is microwave-safe with the lid on, you can microwave it with the lid on.) [Precautions when carrying frozen lunches] Frozen lunches are convenient and easy to prepare, but extra caution is needed, especially during the hot summer months. Carrying frozen lunches can easily lead to bacterial growth due to temperature changes, so please avoid doing this in the summer. If you must carry them, it's best to put them in a cooler bag and sandwich them between large ice packs. The key is to maintain a temperature that keeps the lunch from thawing. Put it in the refrigerator as soon as you arrive at work.
