Tukwasibwe Junior alleged defilement case - ICD court finds him with a case to answer
The International War Crimes division court has found Tukwasibwe Junior, with a case to answer in the case of defiling over 10 children that were under his care. In delivering the ruling, judge Richard Wejuli was of the view that prosecution educed evidence beyond reasonable doubt to have the accused with the case to answer.
