Pastor's Wife...do you ever find yourself focusing on the one person who doesn't seem to like you while overlooking all the people who love and support you? Recently, I received overwhelmingly positive feedback after a training session. Yet somehow, I found myself thinking about the one lukewarm response. As pastors' wives, many of us do the same thing in ministry. We replay criticism. We worry about difficult people. We give too much emotional space to those who may never understand our hearts. In this video, I'm sharing an honest conversation about people-pleasing, criticism, emotional exhaustion, and learning to keep our eyes on Jesus instead of the opinions of others.
