We also get so close and personal with painted crayfish aka lobsters, coral trout, passion fruit trout, morwong, tusk fish, Indonesian snapper, giant clams, mangrove jack, barramundi cod, chinaman fish (that lose all most of their colouring below a certain depth underwater). We get to smoke the giant mackerel we caught and cook with it - you would not starve out here!
