Pasta with Chicken Meatballs For the meatballs: • 400 g ground chicken • 1 small onion • 2 small garlic cloves (sauté with the onion) • 30 g cream (20% fat) • Parsley • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs • Flour for shaping the meatballs For the pasta: • 300 g pasta • 250 g tomatoes • 2 garlic cloves • 70 g spinach • 100 g cream • 350 ml boiling water • Cheese • Parsley Instructions: Sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Mix the ground chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, cream, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Shape into meatballs. Cook the meatballs until golden brown. In the same pan, cook the tomatoes, then add the garlic. Add the spinach, cream, boiling water, pasta, and meatballs. Cover with a lid and cook until the pasta is al dente. Finish with grated cheese and fresh parsley.
