Will Matt Ryan Return as CONSTANTINE? | Interview

Matt Ryan is best known for his role as the titular character in the John Constantine TV series. Over the past decade, he has reprised the role in Arrow, DC's Legends of Tomorrow and animated films such as Justice League Dark and Crisis on Infinite Earths. Ryan has also starred in Criminal Minds, Torchwood and The Halcyon, as well as providing the motion-capture portrayal of Edward Kenway in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. In his theatre career, Ryan has starred opposite the likes of Jude Law and Keira Knightley. In this interview, I sit down with Matt as he returns to his former college, Gorseinon College in Wales, UK. We discuss the prejudice he has faced as an actor due to his Welsh heritage, peer pressure at school, pursuing a career in the arts and his journey with the role of the DC Comics character Constantine.
