Engine - 26cc two stroke petrol Radio - FrSky The airframe was gifted to me around 5 years ago from a very generous club mate, who said he was gifted it about 15 years previously, but had not got round to doing anything with her. The model had been languishing in his coal shed and had suffered badly from damp and mould. Both wing-tips had suffered from "arrivals" in the past, and when the covering was removed the sheer webs were held on with masking tape ! No glue so not forget to be taken off when the glue dried and the model was covered. I removed the tail and made it a separate section to aid transportation. The wing is one piece and need all of the space in the car. I recovered the airframe in blue Solartex, something different from the normal red that you see a Hannibal in. early style markings were applied by brush, just masked off the area and went for it. Not going to win any prizes for scale or placement. Currently powered by a ZDY26CC petrol 2 stroke, which is being replaced fro 2022 by a Zenoah G26 two stroke, Radio gear is Frsky X12S running on an RX8R PRO receiver. Servos are not big or expensive being simple dual ball raced digital 6Kg jobs. Nothing more powerful needed on this kind of model. Aerobatics are not in her repetaure !
