Nuno Manuel Diniz, chef/cook, gastronome, professor, columnist, consultant and promoter of Portuguese cuisine. He has worked as a chef and consultant in several restaurants and projects: Revolução, Tágide, Rota das Sedas, Grémio Literário, Il Tartufo, Hotel York House, Hotel Santa Margarida, Volver, Quinta do Monte d'Oiro, Adega dos Apalaches. Nuno Diniz leaves no one indifferent. He taught many chefs in hospitality schools. For health reasons, he took refuge in Trás-os-Montes, in Sezelhe. A man who fights for tradition and knowledge. He does not give in to fads and does not choose his words.
