Koordination im Sitzen | Kopplungsfähigkeit mit dem Ball

Welcome to my seated workout with a focus on coordination and brain training! In this video, I demonstrate a series of coordination exercises that can be performed comfortably while sitting in a chair to improve your coordination skills and brain performance. To challenge our attention a bit more, we'll be working with a small ball in this video. If you don't have one, you can use a sock or ball of yarn instead. Regular coordination training is important not only for athletes but also for people of all ages, especially seniors. For older people, training coordination is a great way to stay mentally and physically active. These exercises are designed to strengthen the connection between brain and body and sharpen your attention, which is an important part of brain training. Feel free to leave me a comment if the exercises worked for you!
