In this Jinx game, it seemed like I was losing control. We started well, but I made several mistakes that cost me 3 or 4 deaths, and I ended up losing my entire lead. My team was also behind, so there came a point where continuing to fight without thinking could have ended up throwing the game. The key moment came at Baron: my team wanted to fight, but we were at a disadvantage, and we would most likely lose that fight. Instead of going, I decided to play the map. While they were busy at Baron, I took two towers, stole the enemy jungle, and got around 2,000 gold. That decision allowed me to get back into the game and regain my impact with Jinx. Then, Vayne made a mistake, we got her 1,000 gold shutdown, and we took advantage of a bad team fight by the enemy team to close out the game. This episode focuses on macro and decision-making: when not to fight, how to recover gold when you're at a disadvantage, and how to turn an enemy mistake into a win. The lesson of the game: You don't always have to follow your team into a bad fight. Sometimes the best decision is to play the map, generate gold, and find another way to get back into the game.
