Update: INDIGO 2.0 Welcome back to Indigo in Richmond, TX! We first showed you this brand new neighborhood from Meristem Communities last year and we thought it would be a great time to do an update. A ton of progress has been made and new homes will be move-in ready in a matter of days. The Filling Station has been built and their plan is to make 60% of the area into open-air spaces including a 42-acre farm and a 25-acre lake.
