Just the soft hum of the oven, and the scent of freshly baked bread filling the kitchen. Shio Pan — or salt bread — isn’t something flashy. No filling. No heavy topping. Just a golden crust, a hint of sea salt, and melted butter quietly sizzling underneath. This recipe began simple, and slowly became ours — adjusted with care, shaped by small choices, until it felt truly like Forest Bake. Bake gently. Listen to the butter sing.
