A simple mistake means I'll need to fully rebuild my 1VD FTV V8 Diesel

It was meant to be a tidy up of the block and bolt on a few new parts such as injectors, water pump, idlers and glow plugs etc. But a few things have gone wrong and now, I will be up for a full rebuild. What went wrong?? This episode will detail what I have done to get to this point and things to look out for when servicing any diesel, in particular the Toyota 1VD-FTV. This engine will be used in an upcoming series where I place a V8 Turbo Diesel into my 1993 Toyota Landcruiser 80 series - a conversion that has only been done a handful of times.
