How I attached 1" roller caster wheels to my QuickJack 7000TL
Parts used: Harbor Freight 1" roller bearing (67060) Scotch-Mount Extreme Double-Sided Mounting Tape (414H) 1" Gaffer's tape (any brand) Zip ties The QuickJack arm is 1.5" wide, so I used two lengthwise strips of 1" mounting tape, side-by-side, for complete coverage. You might get away with a 1" strip centered, but I wanted to support the caster base as fully as possible to avoid unnecessary deflection. An advantage of this attachment method is that it's completely reversible - there is no metal-to-metal contact to damage the arms on the QuickJack. The funny white tape on the underside of the frame is 1" UHMW tape, which reduces sliding friction when the caster wheels are lifted off the ground (e.g. getting the blocks exactly centered under the vehicle's lift points).
