UVC-G4-Dome Night Vision Fix

The UVC-G4-Dome surveillance camera from Ubiquiti Inc. had some issues with a foggy display at nighttime when I originally set it up. Turns out, this is a pretty common mistake that people make, and there are ways to fix the UVC-G4-Dome so that it has a nice clear picture while the IR's are on.
