It connects Pembroke Park and Ride to Xghajra via Pembroke, Paceville, St Julian's, Ta' Giorni, San Gwann, Kappara, Mater Dei, University, Marsa Park and Ride, Marsa, Paola, Fgura and Zabbar. In its early days of 2011, when it was created, it operated between Paola and Hal Farrug via Santa Lucija, Malta International Airport, Luqa, Marsa Park and Ride and the St Vincent de Paule's residence. Shortly after, it was prolonged to Xghajra and Mater Dei Hospital, serving also Fleur de Lys, Birkirkara and Ta' Paris. This was too discontinued in order to allow a more direct route and was further on prolonged to it's current route in Pembroke Park and Ride. In the past, it operated until 10 PM, but its departures at 8.55 PM and 9.55 PM have been taken over by route 121 since 2015.
