UPDATE Adam McIntyre and Jen Dent Crisis Analysis | Situational Crisis Communication Theory

After reacting to a video from former Gabbie Stan (Alyssa Perrine), Adam McIntyre received backlash from Jen Dent for platforming this fan, a delayed response, and Mucker harassment. In this video, we analyze the crisis situation and the back and forth between Jen and Adam, given the recent updates from Jen on July 11th. NOTE: This will be my last video on the topic We'll go over the Situational Crisis Communication Theory and its predictions on audience responses to influencer crises and plug our various factors (platforming Alyssa, taking down the video + the motivation for doing so, timeliness of response, medium of response, fan harassment, crisis history, & audience type). The purpose of this video is to discuss how this situation can be viewed through a social science lens; if you have more relevant context to add, plug it into the theory! :) My thoughts are not the end all be all, it is simply an introduction to approaching this as a social scientist.
