Ukrainian Varenyky | No knead Pierogi recipe #pierogi #varenyky #ukrainianvarenyky Recipe Dough: 400 g flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp oil 250 ml boiling water If you want to make perogie colored, add to your dough 2 tbsp turmeric or Saffron or spinach juice ( reduce the amount of water then). Mix dry ingredients, add oil, vinegar and hot water, mix with spoon first. Knead dough for 30 seconds and let it rest for 10 min. Roll out, cut circles with a little cup, put your favorite filling in the middle, and fold the circles in half, pressing firmly to glue the dough together. Boil in hot water for 5 min or freeze for later. Serve with caramelized onions. Fillings: farmers cheese with egg yolk, mashed potatoes with fried onions, fried sauerkraut, or sautéed mushrooms.
