When the urge returned in 2024, the problem wasn't inspiration - it was too much choice. Modern production tools left me overwhelmed, finishing nothing, overworking ideas until they collapsed. So I gave myself limits. One synthesiser - a vintage Roland SH-101. Two cheap pedals. Each track improvised and finished in a single sitting, no more than three layers.
