The best chocolate cake recipe!! Super moist, fluffy, and with just the right amount of sweetness!! You'll see, you won't regret it!! The secret? Well, nothing! The buttermilk helps the cake have a lot of moisture, and adding the hot coffee enhances the cocoa flavor in this recipe. There's a trick to the chocolate fudge. I recommend not overcooking it and keeping a close eye on it after 15 minutes of baking. Remember that it tends to get a little more compact as it cools, which isn't bad. However, if you want a looser fudge that's still spreadable when you take it out of the fridge, I recommend cooking it as I show you in the video. Just use good chocolate so you get a 100%! ⚠️⚠️UPDATE 8/17/2020 ❗️❗️👉🏽: The video recipe indicates 1 1/4 cups of white sugar, the amount to use is 1 1/2 cups (320 grs)✅. For some recipes, like this one, I usually reduce the amount of sugar since when they have filling and topping, they add more sweetness to the dessert.
