Bonci goes 100% vegan: a turning point that could change so many things. In this video, I went to Panificio Bonci to try something new that, in my opinion, deserves a lot of attention. From June 20th to July 20th, this location will be entirely 100% vegan. This is far from a given, especially coming from one of the most well-known names in Italian pizza and baking. Beyond the food review, I was really interested in understanding something else: what message does such a choice send? When a business with such a high profile decides to offer an entire restaurant without animal products, it gives so many people the opportunity to discover a different way of eating, without sacrificing quality. I truly hope this isn't just a temporary initiative and that it can be the start of a project destined to grow.
