AIMS Power Inverter and Lessons Learned

We installed an inverter to power our refrigerator(s) while on the go. However, it doesn't fully satisfy our needs :-( It's a 2000 Watt Pure Sine Wave inverter from AIMS Power, Model number PWRI200012120S.
