Wednesday - The Way Love Goes (Brooklyn Steel, NYC 11/11/25)

Supporting their latest album "Bleeds", Wednesday played two sold out nights at Brooklyn Steel. I wasn't able to get a ticket in time and resale prices were high, but my friend David last minute gifted me his ticket which he couldn't use. It was a cold windy Veteran's Day but I knew I had to make the most my day off. So I bundled up, got there about an hour early to door, and despite there being about 20ish people ahead of me, I was able to grab a good spot on the rail. I'm usually on the left side was the guitar neck doesn't get in the way of the singer's face but I saw an opening and just went for it. While I can't say I am familiar with all of Wednesday's songs from all the previous albums, Elderberry Wine especially has been one of my most played songs of 2025. I knew I had to see them live!
