Ende Supriatna - better known as 'Monot' - grew up in the West Java surf town of Cimaja. At just 15 years old he moved to Bali to pursue a career in the surf industry, and that's exactly what he achieved. His main source of income is from surf coaching and guiding here in Bali. After years of working for other people, he decided to start his own advanced coaching business, Jiwa Surf, quickly building a list of regular clients.
