Home-Made Fire Retardant Testing

This video has it all. Building wood-topped pistons, exotic woods, fire, vacuum chamber and above all the omnipresent chance of failure. After finding a video from ChargerMiles007 about running a motor with wood topped pistons I started to wonder how long various woods could survive in his test motor.
