ਬਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਨੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗੜਗੱਜ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖੀ ਚਿੱਠੀ। ਬੀਜੇਪੀ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ 'ਤੇ ਤਲਬ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ। BJP ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ- ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ। 'ਅਪੀਲ 'ਤੇ 15 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ 'ਤੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਮੰਗੋ'। 'ਸਿੱਖ ਬੀਜੇਪੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ 'ਤੇ ਤਲਬ ਕਰ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਵਾਬ' ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ ਨੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਦੁਹਰਾਈ ਮੰਗ। ਰਹਿਮ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇ- ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ। SGPC ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਵੋ- ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ। 'ਨਾ ਅਪੀਲ 'ਤੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਹੁਕਮਰਾਨ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ'। ਤਖ਼ਤ 'ਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਲੋਕ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਭੱਜ ਰਹੇ- ਰਾਜੋਆਣਾ। 'ਮੈਂ 19 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਫਾਂਸੀ ਦੀ ਚੱਕੀ 'ਚ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾਂ'। Balwant Singh Rajoana wrote a letter to Jathedar Gargaj, demanding that BJP leaders be summoned to Sri Akal Takht Sahib. Rajoana said that the Sikh leadership of the BJP should also be called to the Takht and questioned. He demanded that answers be sought over why no decision has been taken on his mercy petition even after 15 years. Rajoana reiterated his request to the Jathedar that Sikh BJP leaders should also be summoned before the Takht Sahib and asked to respond. Rajoana demanded that the mercy petition be withdrawn and urged the SGPC to be directed to take back the appeal. He said, "Neither is any decision being taken on the appeal, nor are the rulers willing to meet." Rajoana questioned, "Why are those sitting on the Takht avoiding taking a decision?"
