Ks. Jan Kaczkowski: Trzeba żartować, by choroba nas nie złamała

"Every day is interesting, every month is a success, and my fight against this disease is mainly a fight with a smile, a fight with humor. That's when I say something just popped into my head, and I mean it literally. When I try to make fun of this cancer," said Father Jan Kaczkowski, director of the Puck hospice, who was diagnosed with a brain glioma 32 months ago, in an interview with Radio Gdańsk. According to Father Kaczkowski, cancer shouldn't be taken lightly, and in this context, the disease shouldn't be joked about. "We need to take it seriously, but we need to joke about it so it doesn't break us and crush us psychologically."
