In this video, I’m tackling a quick repair on my daughter's classical guitar. She was having trouble keeping it in tune, and after inspecting it, I found a cracked peg on one of the tuners preventing it from holding proper tension. Since Cordoba was out of stock on replacement parts, I picked up a highly-rated set of replacements from Amazon that ended up fitting perfectly! Join me as I walk through the full process: taking off the old hardware, giving the entire guitar, fretboard, and frets a deep clean and polish, installing the new tuners, and restringing it with some easier-to-manage ball-end strings.
