In this video, we'll tell you about our 2021 Hyundai Tucson 2.0 A/T-6. We've been driving this car for almost six months now, and to date, we've covered over 4,500 km. During this time, we've gotten to know this car well and want to share its design and operating features with you. We'll also discuss the new model's pros and cons and offer tips on how to address design flaws. If we've missed anything, please leave your comments, and we'll be sure to add more. Let's start with the cons: 1. Among the downsides of this car, we'd like to point out the high temperature of the automatic transmission in city traffic, over 120 degrees Celsius in winter (it should be 85 degrees Celsius, as was previously the case with KIA and Hyundai). 2. Through holes in the front fender liners, which allow stones, sand, water, salt reagents, and dirt from the road surface to fall onto the G4NL engine's side members and drive belt rollers. 3. The decorative plastic subframe guard reduces the car's ground clearance by almost 30 mm and can break when reversing, or it can shovel snow or sand into the engine compartment like a "shovel." 4. Navigation glitches in Car Play mode. 5. Weak light in the lensed halogen headlights. 6. The fan-shaped windshield washer nozzles are ineffective at high speeds in winter. Incidentally, different nozzles are installed for the CIS and European markets. 7. Poor protection of the door connectors makes the car easier to steal; the latch that secures the connector is accessible through the gap between the fender and the front door. 8. Small rear wiper, small cleaning area. 9. No carbon filter for cleaning cabin air. 10. Weak 2.0 engine for quick overtaking on the highway after 110 km/h. 11. No lumbar adjustment for the front seats, and for people over 190 cm tall, the seat angle needs to be adjusted, which is for long trips. Pros of the car: 1. Stylish design, bright and unusual DRLs, good aerodynamics, and standard sound insulation. 2. Good equipment and value for money. 3. Excellent chassis tuning, the car is comfortable and handles well at high speeds. No bottoming out under compression, good directional stability on turns. 4. The car doesn't feel like it's speeding, and you can drive for long periods of time comfortably at 140-150 km/h. 5. European build quality; we have it in the Czech Republic. There are no issues with the body, electronics, materials, headlights, suspension tuning, or brakes. 6. Effective climate control with a windshield defogger, three intensity settings, and special micro-vents in the dashboard for improved ventilation. 7. Active safety systems, lane keeping assist, and automatic braking. Super-fast heated seats and steering wheel. 8. Comfortable seating, spacious interior, and good visibility. The floor is flat with the seats folded down. There's no transmission tunnel in the cabin like in VAG cars, and the rear seat floor is flat. 9. Reliable (with a radiator installed, suitable for city driving) and fast-revving 6-speed automatic transmission, with a lenient engine. Official installation of gas-powered equipment is permitted, maintaining the dealer warranty. 10. A marketable and popular car on the used market. That's all for now.
