Louise Lane Kodiak Chocolate Muffins: 2 cups Dark Chocolate Kodiak Mix 1 cup Water 6oz or 1 small container NF Greek Yogurt 1 Egg 3/4 tbs Vanilla Extract 1 tbs Stevia or Sweetener Mix ingredients together and add to greased muffin pan. Cook at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 12 muffins @ 2 sp each.
