Recogida de la Flor de Cardo Gran Canaria
#MujeresRuralesRBGC | Queseras y ganaderas/os de la Reserva de la Biosfera de Gran Canaria se reúnen cada año para la tradicional recogida de la flor de cardo, la flor utilizada para la elaboración del famoso y delicioso Queso de Flor de Gran Canaria. La recolecta de la flor del cardo -Cynara cardunculus-, se realiza en verano con la llegada de los primeros rebaños trashumantes del norte a la cuenca de Tejeda.
