By utilizing soft, mindful compression, we engage the pressure receptors in the skin and fascia to provide the brain with a sense of containment. This simple yet profound input acts as a biological signal that it is safe to slow down. In this video, Jessica guides you through a practice of using intentional pressure to try when the body is feeling too full of electricity . Rather than a "deep tissue" approach, this soft compression invites the body to feel held, supported, and present.
