Keith survives the explosion and leads Neo-Noah silently. His true feelings are not known to anyone. He awaits for something or someone in cold solitude... Keith is a very dangerous opponent especially at long range. The startup and recovery time on his moves are very fast very few of them leaving him vulnerable. What's worse is the more Psy he has to play with the longer and more dangerous his combos will be. Ice Spear serves as a great combo extender along with Freeze. Ice Dragon is active from beginning to end, even touching it during startup leaves you eating a lot of damage. His Ice Shield stops all Psy attacks allowing him time to breath and setup whatever he wants. Keith is definitely deserving of being a boss character.
