Bercis ve Ailesinin Çeşme’deki 133 Yıllık Tarihi Taş Evi

This is a 133-year-old historic stone house where Bercis and her extended family of women have brought a vibrant and lively life. In 1892, olive oil and mastic resin were extracted from this building, and now it's experiencing a new lease of life thanks to Erdem Hamza's vision for the interior and landscaping. What we loved most about this house is that all rooms, both upstairs and downstairs, open onto the courtyard. You can access the garden from every room in the house, without exception, because they all face a single facade. The pool, a later addition, the design language that feels both new and historic, the materials used, the kitchen island… it's hard to list all the things we love about this house! This house, where Bercis lived during the summers with her two sisters, her mother, her grandmother, and her loved ones, was a delight to share with you, with its tranquil yet bold decor that didn't overpower the building. I hope you enjoy watching it! The new episode of "Apartment" is out! We would like to thank our sponsors for their support!
