Making $$$ Scrapping & Reselling Junk /Demo Finds

Discovered this crazy business model, all focused on getting perfectly good stuff for free or getting paid to haul it off! A video showing some of our fun journey and crazy finds! Most people think demolition and junk removal is just tearing stuff out and hauling it to the dump. They couldn’t be more wrong. In this video, I break down how we’ve uncovered over $515,000 in valuable finds, scrap metal, and resale items while doing demolition, junk removal, and disaster cleanup jobs — and how this business model completely changed my life. I grew up with nothing. I learned early that if I didn’t make it happen, it wasn’t going to happen. Watching people throw away perfectly good materials during foreclosures and renovations opened my eyes to something most people miss: there’s money everywhere if you learn where to look. What started as basic junk removal turned into: Selective demolition Flooring and tile removal Concrete cutting Full building demolition Scrap metal recovery And eventually our resale warehouse, Reuse It Pros We’ve pulled kitchens, bathrooms, hurricane windows, appliances, motors, copper, aluminum, and steel out of places that were headed straight to the landfill. Some of the wildest jobs came from: Hoarder houses filled with cash, gold, and valuables Post-hurricane demolitions on Fort Myers Beach Entire condo complexes destroyed by storm surge Abandoned properties and foreclosure cleanouts In one hoarder house alone, we found over $10,000 in cash, gold, and jewelry. Across the videos shown here, we totaled: $354,318 in valuable resale items $161,485 in scrap metal $515,803 combined that would’ve gone to the dump Scrap metal isn’t glamorous. Junk removal is hard. Demolition is brutal work. But when you combine multiple income streams into one operation, it creates stability, growth, and opportunity for everyone involved. This video shows: How we actually make money in demolition Why professionalism matters in high-rise and luxury projects How hurricanes reshaped our business Why repurposing materials is profitable AND responsible And how someone can start small and build something real If you’re interested in junk removal, demolition, scrap metal, resale, or building a blue-collar business, this video is real-world proof of what’s possible. 👇 Links to training and resources are in the description and pinned comment.
