The viral video is being removed from social media. Nursarai Police Station Case No. 194/26 dated 27.03.2026 was registered under sections 74/75/76/115(2)/126(2)/3(5) in connection with an incident that occurred between 7:00 and 8:00 pm on 26.03.2026 in Nalanda district, Bihar, involving a married woman with three children and whose husband lives outside the state for work. Three named accused were named: Ashok Yadav, Matlu Mahato alias Navneet Kumar, and Ravikant Kumar, all from Ajaypur Police Station, Nursarai, Nalanda District. Given the seriousness of the incident, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed under the leadership of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Sadar-II, Nalanda, and a female police officer was appointed as the investigator. The victim's statement was recorded in the Honorable Court under Section 183 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC). The victim refused a medical examination. During the investigation, allegations of molestation and attempted rape were made in her statement before the female police officer. Following supervision, sections 70(1)/62 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) and 67/67(A) of the Information Technology Act have been added to the case. The case has been supervised by a senior officer. To date, two named accused have been arrested, and another has surrendered to the Honorable Court.
