Positives Feedback, Hysterese und Schmitt-Trigger
If you add positive feedback to a threshold switch, you get two switching voltages instead of just one: The switching on and off occurs at significantly different positions. We'll examine this effect and then calculate the two so-called threshold voltages. The difference between these two voltages is called hysteresis (not to be confused with hysteria). This circuit, also known as a "Schmitt trigger," is an important and frequently used basic circuit!
