The Testimony of Rev.Dr.Jetson: A Legacy of Faith Born as the younger son of the late Mrs. Violet Aaron and Rev. Dr. Watts Aaron, Rev.Dr.Jetson was raised in a household of deep spiritual conviction. His mother, widely known as the "Queen of Music," was a celebrated singer and a devoted servant of God who dedicated her life to glorifying Him through song. Today, Bro. Jetson continues this divine legacy in Chennai, serving as the pastor for the church and ministries founded by his mother, sharing the message of God’s love wherever he is invited. A Journey of Transformation Though he grew up knowing the Lord, Rev.Dr.Jetson admits that his youth was marked by a struggle with his sinful nature. He recalls a period of rebellion characterized by lying, stealing, and mischievous behavior. However, a powerful encounter with the message of the Cross changed everything. As he reflected on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, he felt the Lord clearly reveal that His precious blood was shed for him and for the entire world. In that moment of conviction, he confessed his sins and was spiritually reborn as a "new creature." The Call to Ministry While his mother consistently encouraged him to enter full-time ministry, Rev.Dr.Jetson received his personal calling on December 31, 1973. During a worship meeting at 11:00 PM, he heard the voice of God directing his path. The Lord instructed him not to seek secular employment, promising a "better job" and citing Matthew 11:30: “My yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Despite receiving promising interview offers from the railways and the police department, Bro. Jetson chose to refuse them. He committed himself instead to the "good" and "great" work of the ministry, drawing inspiration from the book of Nehemiah. A Life of Blessing For decades, the Lord has faithfully provided for Bro. Jetson’s needs, ensuring he has never lacked "bread or water." He is richly blessed with: A devoted family: A loving wife, two daughters, one son, and their respective spouses. A growing legacy: Three grandsons and two granddaughters. A spiritual community: Supportive co-pastors and an affectionate, honoring congregation. Above all, Rev.Dr.Jetson finds his greatest comfort in his relationship with Jesus Christ, who hears and answers his prayers. He continues to glorify the Lord through both preaching and gospel music. He humbly requests the prayers of the faithful for his family and his ongoing ministry, as he continues to pray for the physical and spiritual welfare of all. Biography of sister violet Aaron Sister Violet Aaron was born and brought up in a Hindu family. As the days passed by, she was performing all kinds of rituals and ceremonies and reciting the ‘paasurams’ and ‘bajans’. One fine day, she was urged in her dream to find out the real God and to know His power and worship him. Then she started to seek that truth and finally came to know that Jesus is the Lord and savior and she became the child of God, Rev.Dr.Watts Aaron and began her family life, giving birth to five children. As she was continuing as a teacher, she had a vision from God in 1962 and resigned her secular job, committing herself for the full time ministry. The Lord used her in different parts of India like Chennai, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Kanniyakumarai, and in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and in the countries of Singapore, Malaysia and sri lanka. She preached the word of god with singing all over these areas for the glory of god. She also produced and released spiritual song cassettes and was awarded the title, “Queen of Music –Tamil nadu”. Despite her sufferings of sickness on one side, she enjoyed the greatness of her Master’s work on the other side. Finally, it was pleased to the Lord to call her to be with Him and take rest and thus she entered into the eternity on 12th Septemper 1985. Henceforth, her five children are continuing the ministry that she left, in different parts of Tamil Nadu. Now, myself and my family have got the privilege to continue the ministry at Perinba Jeba Aalayam where she founded and was doing the great ministry of the Lord.
