It started with Teochew fish ball noodles at a hawker center; the fish balls were so bouncy they were like marshmallows! Then we challenged ourselves with a S$16+ cheesecake in Chinatown—its richness and price were truly the "Hermes of cheesecakes"! After that, we ate a giant steamed fish head, feeling incredibly full even before the run started. At dusk, we started running around Gardens by the Bay, enjoying the Singapore night view. Afterwards, we headed straight to Lau Pa Sat for beer, rojak, and satay skewers. I thought the skewers were the highlight, but the grilled chicken wings at the end turned out to be the best grilled chicken wings I've ever had! So, did this food run burn more calories or eat more?
