SASAMEYUKI 百人一首プロジェクト 第六首 『かささぎの渡せる橋に置く霜の 　白きを見れば夜ぞふけにける』 人類初の異星生命体との邂逅。 争いではなく、 孤独だった二つの星は 互いを理解し、 愛し合い、 やがて血を交えた。 その星々を繋ぐために作られた 星間航路 “鵲橋”。 両方の血を継ぐ者だけが 維持できる橋。 私はその役目を選んだ。 肉体を機械へ置き換え、 永遠に橋を守り続けるために。 だが、 ある日を境に 誰も来なくなった。 何百年も遅れて届いた通信は、 両方の星の滅びを告げる。 それでも私は 今日も橋を繋ぐ。 白い霜の降り積もる 静かな星間航路で。 ―――――――――― SASAMEYUKI Hyakunin Isshu Project Poem No.6 “The frost upon the magpie bridge shines white in the deepening night.” Humanity’s first encounter with alien life. Not war. Not conquest. Two lonely civilizations met, understood each other, and eventually shared blood and love. To connect both worlds, an interstellar route called “Jakkyou” was created. Only those born from both worlds could maintain the bridge. I chose that duty willingly. Replacing my body with machinery, so I could guard the bridge forever. But one day, nobody came anymore. Centuries-late transmissions eventually revealed the truth: Both worlds had already perished.
