Medium-low resistance, getting stronger. 6 — Climbing steadily now. Moderate effort—you’re working. 7 — Mid-hill grind. Solid medium resistance, no coasting. 8 — Heavy resistance kicks in. Time to dig deep. 9 — This climb is tough. You’re pushing hard. 10 — Max resistance.
