COMMENCER LA BOXE : METTRE UN COUP

Access the ARIMA Defense store: https://www.arimadefense.fr/ In boxing, a jab is a punch in the direct axis, most often delivered from a long distance; hence its name, long jab. In English-speaking countries: A jab with the front arm is a jab (pronounced "djab"). In France, the term "jab" is also used to refer to a jab with the front arm that is not supported (or has little range), and conversely, a well-prepared punch is called a lead punch delivered with the rear arm. A jab with the rear arm is also commonly called a cross. Not to be confused with a "cross-counter," which is a counter punch. In France, we use the term "droite" or "gauche" to refer to straight punches. This can lead to terminological misunderstandings regarding the fighter's lateralization (guard). We should therefore speak of "front arm jab" and "back arm jab" to be more precise. Strength and Honor ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Contact me?
