Muscle spasms are a lesser known side effect of a spinal cord injury. In this video we talk about why paraplegics and quadriplegics get muscle spasms and discuss ways in which you can manage and reduce muscle / leg spasms. We talk about the pros and cons of using drugs (baclofen, baclofen pump, botox injections, cbd oil) to reduce spasms as well as non drug ways you can manage your spasms.
