Æbleflæsk, a beloved traditional Nordic recipe, combines savory pork, sweet apples, and onions for a perfect balance of flavors. We took this dish and reimagined it in a way that’s perfect for a feast over an open flame. Simple, hearty, and full of character—just as the Vikings would have loved it.
