This hat has an independence theme with a bright red and white color combination, complete with bunny ears, stars, and a pretty ribbon on the front. This decorative hat is perfect and practical for kindergarten/elementary school environment introduction (MPLS) activities, carnival parades, or Independence Day celebrations on August 17th. It's very easy and flexible to make because we use a rubber band clasp at the back to adjust the size to fit the child's head.
