ASI MotoShow 2026 a Varano: moto, storia, passione

Three days in Varano immersed in motorcycling history: the 23rd edition of the ASI Motoshow celebrates ASI's 60th anniversary and brings to the track something far more than a simple display of historic motorcycles. Among unique Ducati engines and machines—from the Apollo to the Supermono, to the extremely rare UTAH—Grand Prix gems, legendary two-strokes, pre-war motorcycles, and one-of-a-kind pieces, I met people who hold incredible stories and champions who truly wrote that history. I saw and heard up close bikes that seemed to have come from a parallel universe: the Wankel-engined Norton, the power-steering Segoni-Gallina, the supercharged Benelli, the GP bikes from the '80s and '90s, the Norton Manx, the twin-cylinder Guzzi, and a host of rarities that would probably require a dedicated video each. On the track, I was also fortunate enough to ride a Ducati Pantah 500 and ride alongside champions and legends of motorcycling: from Eugenio Lazzarini to riders who have inspired entire generations of dreams. 700 motorcycles, thousands of enthusiasts, packed paddocks, revving engines, and one question: is there a better place to experience motorcycle culture?
