In this video, I’m showing you an experiment with a new technique for my resin geode art. I had never tried this process before and am still learning, but I’m pleased with the results and wanted to share them with you. Materials are listed at the end of this description. EDIT: I no longer use silicone because I have learned how to get the effects without it and some other artists suggest that it may damage your resin, however this piece has held up for over a year no problems at all. These tutorials are in no way the only ways to work with these materials, but rather they are what has worked for me in my experience. I am not an expert. What works for some people may not work for others. Please do your own research on the materials and their safety requirements - resin in particular can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Be sure to read and follow ALL manufacturers' instructions and use the appropriate safety equipment, proper ventilation, & protective clothing.
