This is my first ever plein air painting in the Grand Canyon, and I decided to tackle a 2"x3" mini painting! In this full tutorial, I show how I tackle a this plein air from start to finish with a LIVE recording I did on the spot while painting this exact piece. Colors I am using: -permanent white -lemon yellow -permanent yellow deep -yellow ochre -Holbein's Brilliant Pink -alizarin crimson -ultramarine -sky blue I am painting on a 2"x3" wooden canvas.
