Cool Whip topping, divided 1 cup sliced strawberries for garnish Instructions: Cream butter and cream cheese together until creamy. Add sugar and fluff. Add gelatin and mix well, then add 2 cups of cool whip topping. Fold in the cut strawberries, then place in the graham cracker crust. Garnish with whipped topping. This pie must be refrigerated. It sets up well and can be served the same day. Do not smash the berries or your pie will become runny. Enjoy! Use different fruits and Jello flavors for new flavor profiles. Use less than 2 teaspoons of flavored gelatin to maintain the cheesecake flavor in your pie. In a separate bowl mix together: 1 cup mayonnaise, Blue Plate or Dukes 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish 3 Tbsp dehydrated onions, McCormick 1 tsp yellow mustard 1 tsp granulated sugar 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt Instructions: Mix dressing into the potatoes.
